I’ve been around the block, living in Ireland for 20 years, navigating life as a mom of two, wife, and someone who’s determined to create success on my own terms. Between school runs and business strategy, I get that balance is tough—trust me, I’ve had my fair share of messy moments. But that’s where the magic happens, right?

I’ve been through it all: setbacks, challenges, and a couple of things that made me think I’d completely lost the plot. But guess what? Those were the moments that made me the coach I am today. Now, I help women like you step into their power and build businesses that don’t just bring in the cash—they bring joy, freedom, and alignment.

My Story

I’m Gosia, an Empowerment & Leadership Coach guiding visionary women to rise, lead, and create from divine alignment. With over 22 years in retail, sales, marketing, and 15 years in management and purchasing, I’ve worked in both small businesses and global companies—giving me deep insight into what it takes to build and sustain success.

In 2014, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, opening my first retail business, OSHA, on the west coast of Ireland. Three years later, I faced bankruptcy—a moment that could have ended my journey, but instead, it fueled my mission. Since then, I’ve built multiple businesses and helped thousands of women scale theirs with strategy, mindset, and alignment.

Today, I run two thriving businesses—my own coaching and mentoring practice and Female Business Academy Ltd., which I co-founded with my business partner. As a mother, wife, and entrepreneur living in Ireland for 20 years, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing ambition with life. My purpose? To help you break through limits, build unshakable confidence, and create success that
